Our office will revert to you via email

- to advise you of our availability on the date you have requested

- to indicate our booking procedure and our cancellation policy

- to provide as much advice as you need to facilitate your trip to and from Bayeux and Paris and to the Mont Saint Michel

The Red Ball Express runs everyday from March to October.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate for wheelchairs inc. foldable one.

 

​ We aim to reply within 24 hours any day of the week during our season and 48 hours from November to February

Except for emergency requests, new inquiries are dealt with on a first come, first serve basis.

More specific inquiries will take longer to reply to.

 

“Questions” section:

​ Even if you are unsure of your travel dates to Normandy, do enquire and explain your holiday plan. Earlier is always better, to avoid disappointment.

 

​ Please indicate their age if you travel with children under 9.

 

Please do check your “spams”: many of our emails end up as spams and clients worry they do not hear from us.

​ LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

It is always recommended to purchase travel insurance and to check clauses for compensation in case of late cancellation and no-show which would incur a charge from us.

By providing your credit card details, it is understood that you have read and agreed to our cancellation policy, indicated in our proposal which states that we will use said details to charge your card in case of late cancellation:

 

​ 50% of our fee will be charged if notice falls under 14 days before the tour (eg: notice given after Friday 4th but before Friday 11th for Friday 18th, date of the tour).

Please note that the “Notice date” is the date on which we receive this notice so be aware of time difference between countries.

 

​ 100% of our fee will be charged if notice falls under 7 days before the tour (eg: notice given after Friday 11th for Friday 18th, date of the tour).

 

​ “No-show”:100% of our fee will be charged for no-show as laid out below:

If we charge you for late cancellation or “no-show”, we will send you an explanatory email that you can present to your travel insurance for compensation. People subscribe travel insurance for these very cases: it is essential to check your policy prior travelling.

​ Pending a secure online payment in our website, please provide your credit card number, expiry date and CVV number to our secretaries, Hope or Becky, in order to confirm your reservation.
